A milestone for Brazilian music, as it was the first one of legenderay Marcos Valle since a decade. Let's say a milestone for me as since the heart of the nineties I started diggin' deeper the old Brazillian music and searching its future sound on contemporary music, what exactly Far Out Recording started to offer, so it's a milestone of the label as well Azymuth and Joyce release on that time. His own version on his earlier compotition ''A Vantage De Rever Voce (Rocking You)'' is magnificent. ''Bar Ingles'' an ticketless journey from the roots of bossa nova to the heart of West London's broken beat explosion and the new jazz in the house version of his classic ''Freio Aerodynamico'' an eclectic deep house weapon. Among other the Brazilian lounge of ''Abandonu'' seems one of the best tunes here and the perfect tune for ''Brazilian Love Affair'' compilations series that never included on it. My fave? I think the lazy and lost in the summer afternoon heatwave jazz funk sambadromio of ''Nordeste''.
