What a release? What a compilation? Even I didn’t know Infracom! Since 1994 but around the millenium and especially since [re:jazz] project released their first album became one of the favorite labels and the best jazz not jazz from Germany. The concept of the compilation is awesome and the result exceptional. Rime’s opening of the release with a fresh Stone Soul Rework of future soul piece ‘’Demon Above’’, virtuozo percussionist Gabriele Poso follows with Afro Latin jazz dance ‘’Calle De La Planta’’ and Woodland Conclave project is preparing an epic and spiritual pass to an African space jazz break 12 minutes long. Mega Infracom! Aromabar trio continues the release with totally sound of today bass and downtempo magical new treasure. Multitalented Matthias Vogt - favorite label’s artist with all his projects – is coming next with best track of the compilation, for me, ‘’Driver’’. Re-tired artists, as they call it, Drum & Bass Deutsch superstar Megashira and artificial and intelligent club sound makers Dublex Inc.are offering two track after so long, the last one a mixture of today’s and early project sound. Mop Mop, [re:jazz] and Nekta are offering eclectic ‘’organic’’ moments, Meitz solid and funky broken beat sound like been 10 years before.
