TQR001 Tom Ellis - You Shaped (Turquoise Blue/UK)

Love the deep and jazzy envoirement of the original ''You Shaped''. The track shaped by unmistakable beats, real jazz bassline and the sound of the virtual harp and is really outstanding. The other original track, ''Oh Right'' is groovy and funky tek house game, really enjoyable to hear or play. From the remixes i like mostly Nick Turner's one on ''Oh Right''. Like this guy from his first release last year. In this remix he is still mixing deep house with neo disco under a low pitch control but the real BIG moment for me is from the breakdown and then, when its sounds like a live drum machine. - Dj Nova Nova Planet Radio Show
