Οι Pop Eye είναι ένα νέο συγκρότημα από την Αθήνα. Σχηματίστηκαν το 2005 από τους
Γιάννη Καλατή (laptop, midi keyboard, programming), Μάρκο Καλατή (κιθάρα) και Δημήτρη Καμπούρη (στίχοι, φωνή). Πολύ γρήγορα το γκρούπ ξεχώρισε και έκανε αίσθηση με την συμμετοχή τους στον πρώτο ΜAD4BANDS διαγωνισμό αλλά και με το τραγούδι τους ,Vicious game, που συμπεριλήφθηκε στη συλλογή της Undo Records η οποία κυκλοφόρησε μαζί με το περιοδικό ΠΟΠ & ΡΟΚ τον περασμένο Απρίλιο.
Η μουσική τους κινείται κυρίως στον χώρο της ηλεκτρονικής ποπ , η εκλεκτικότητα του ήχου τους οφείλεται στις αναφορές και επιρροές από ονόματα όπως οι Joy Division, Cure, Belle and Sebastian, Moby αλλά και τους δικούς μας Στέρεο Νόβα μέχρι και τον Mανο Xατζιδακι
